WORK EXPERIENCE

               

        SONY PICTURES IMAGEWORKS, Culver City, CA

                    Alice in Wonderland

·         Requested to be one of the first animators on the front end pipeline of the film

·         Currently creating animation libraries and a variety of cycles on featured characters

·         Providing animation tests to the Director of Animation for improving rigs and animation tools

                    G-Force

·         Keyframe animation for lead characters with an emphasis on subtle close-up acting shots

·         Gave several strong comedic performances for a pivotal character in the film  

·         Completed a large volume of character animation shots under bid

                    Open Season 2

·         Keyframe animation for multiple lead characters

·         Animated several shots of lead characters in both dramatic and subtle acting sequences

·         Keyframe animation to replace legs for Minotaurs, Fauns, and Satyrs

Acting: Ten years acting in theater productions.  Improv workshops at Bay Area Theater Sports.

Drawing: Specific focus on gesture, weight, and balance. Knowledge of anatomy and how it relates to body mechanics. Ability to create character designs and storyboards that communicate strong posing and staging. 

Music: Play guitar, piano, and trumpet.  Worked professionally as a composer and sound designer. This has given me a strong understanding of rhythm and timing and how it relates to a performance.
